Always broken caps and leaking dented bottles. Shipping needs to change
Great Product.
I was so excited to try this product but unfortunately it has ruined some clothing and towels with bleach like stains. I used product as directed on the bottle. I used this in multiple loads so far in both cold and warm water in the fabric softener as directed, so I don't know why not all loads have been ruined. However, it does a great job of cleaning and removing smells. Unfortunately, I need to stop using it as I can't risk losing more clothing. I reached out to the company over a week ago to ask for guidance with this issue, but never heard back. Very disappointing!!
I love it, takes out smells and cleans sharp.
My husband is going through radiation/chemo, so I use this alot. I know things are cleaned without the fragrance
