Heavy User Refill

We use it for so many things. We have a young child about to have brain surgery so it’s important to keep our home as sanity as possible to keep her healthy we love this stuff! Works great.

What kind of magic is this? I do not like scented products, this is perfect for me. I use it everyday, everywhere!

Compared to my previous supply, this is a better value as I use it in humidifiers. It is more concentrated than my previous product, so I also use less making the value even better.

I like the product, but have had disappointing experiences. I bought a bundle awhile back, and both sprayers for the spray bottles were defective and nearly useless. I contacted support and received no reply. I was still on a subscription to get the gallon refill but eventually stopped that, as the shipping fee is so high.
2-3 weeks after receiving acknowledgment of my cancellation, I received a cardboard package damaged in route and it was soaked . It contained an empty gallon jug, which had suffered a cracked lid, apparently when the box got crushed. There was no padding whatsoever. I contacted customer service and received no reply.
A week later, another package was delivered, in the same type box as the previous one, also with no padding, and also damaged due to the cap busting off, resulting in the HOCL leaking and weakening the box. I again contacted them, sending photos, and have received no reply.
