Amazing for My Classroom

Nozzle defective - no customer service

I really like these products for their effectiveness and non-toxic properties. My first bottle of the multi purpose cleaner has held up well, but, on my subsequent bundle order, both long spray nozzles spin on the cap piece, resulting in leakage and annoying movement. I reached out to customer service twice before leaving a review but have yet to hear back. I can probably glue the nozzle in place, but was hoping to get acknowledgment from the company, as they have sent me plenty of emails asking me to leave a review.
