i wish the wipes were a little cheaper but i love them and all hypo products
So far, ZERO star rating.
Purchased wipes, which show on website as in stock. I received email from company saying that they are out of stock and would be shipped once restocked. That was 2 weeks ago, and they processed my payment same day that order was placed.
Sent email to company asking for an update on order, no reply. Sent another email, no reply. Called customer support number, no reply. Just submitted claim through company website so I will wait the 1 business day grace period and hopefully get a reply.
Terrible service product never received and have been unable to get any answers
Love love love Hypochlorous! Cleans beautifully and very faint smell (I DO NOT like fragrances). And I’m not poisoning my family with bleach to disinfect! I even bought my daughter the starter pack!! :))
